If you are a university student or an early-career professional, life choices can seem daunting. Deciding on a major, landing your first co-op placement or taking your first steps into a volatile job market are all necessary, but potentially overwhelming steps. Working with me as your coach can help you turn potential doubt into conviction, making this one of the most exciting times of your life. Together, we will explore: 

• What are your strengths and how can you best leverage them? 
• What is important to you in your life and how can you build a career that supports that purpose? 
• What do you need to learn about yourself and the job market to help you make decisions that will put you on the right course? 

Working with me will be very hands-on and practical: 

• I do exercises with you that help you visualize a life that you can't wait to start
• I help you build a resume and cover letter that convey who you are and what you can do for prospective employers. We will discuss how you can effectively tailor these documents as different opportunities present themselves
• I hold mock interview and help you craft compelling stories that highlight your skills and experiences

I am a fully trained coach with several years of leadership coaching experience, currently working on my certification hours. Throughout my leadership journey I have worked with many co-op students and early-career professionals, helping them discover their purpose, unlock their potential and chart exciting career paths. I can do the same for you!

I also offer group coaching sessions to students and early career professionals.
